Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to avatarlegends.wiki, an independent guide for Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game. The public guide pages can be read without creating an account or submitting personal information.

Information We Process

When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this information to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate site performance.

The site uses two necessary first-party cookies. PARAGLIDE_LOCALE remembers a language you select from the eight supported languages. AVATAR_LANGUAGE_PROMPT_SEEN records that the one-time browser-language suggestion has already been evaluated so it is not shown again. Both may remain for up to one year.

Google Analytics is installed for aggregate measurement. Google tags are initialized with Consent Mode v2 advertising and analytics storage categories denied by default. Google may still receive limited cookieless technical measurements such as page requests, device category, approximate location, and referral source.

Do not send sensitive personal information through the contact address.

Advertising and Google Services

The site includes Google AdSense ownership verification, but the ad-delivery script is disabled by default. It may be enabled on eligible guide pages only after a Google-certified consent management platform has been configured:

• Google and other third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers when serving or measuring ads.
• The site code does not grant advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, or analytics storage by default.

This deployment does not provide its own opt-in flow. A Google-certified consent management platform must be configured before personalized advertising or optional Google storage is enabled for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Cookies

Storage and network requests used by this site fall into these categories:

1. Necessary first-party cookies — remember the selected language and whether the one-time language suggestion has already been evaluated.
2. Google measurement requests — Google Analytics may send cookieless measurements while analytics storage remains denied.
3. Advertising requests — this deployment does not load the Google AdSense delivery script. If it is enabled after a certified consent flow is configured, Google may make requests for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.

Blocking cookies may cause the language suggestion to appear again or prevent a selected language from being remembered. Browser privacy controls may also block Google requests.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Technical data may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers only as needed to provide their services, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the site and its visitors.

The site does not intentionally pass names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to Google through ad requests.

Data Retention and Security

Service providers may retain technical logs according to their own operational and legal requirements. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for site operation, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit collection and use secure transport where available.

Children

This site is a general-audience game guide and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public guide pages. If we learn that such information was submitted, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information. You can also use browser controls to block cookies or third-party requests.
